A Special Event at Books & Business

Earlier this year, the world and Amber lost an incredible individual and Infinite Impactor, John Ruhlin. John was a bestselling author, the founder of Giftology, and the top salesperson in the history of Cutco Cutlery.

John was widely regarded as a leading influencer and internet marketer. Those who had the privilege of knowing him admired his boundless generosity, kindness, and willingness to help others. After his passing, Amber discovered that John had been working on a book. Without hesitation, she committed herself to rallying all her resources to ensure his book receives the launch it truly deserves.

To honor John’s legacy, the Books & Business team is organizing a Who’s Who Gala, where many of the top internet marketers will gather to pay tribute. Additionally, we are hosting a silent auction fundraiser to support John’s wife, Lindsey, and their four wonderful daughters, as well as the Giftology team.

Two weeks before the event: VIP attendees will experience a 90-minute virtual meetup, accessing strategy to maximize the event, and their collaborative opportunities, and get ROI asap.

Arrival:

Please arrive in Austin by Wednesday morning, 3/19. Lunch will be on your own. Plan to be at the Hotel for event check-in at 3:00 pm. We kick off promptly at 5:00 pm CT with a Gala for the Who’s Who of Internet Marketing, with the late John Ruhlin’s book launch and a celebration of life with a Silent Auction fundraiser

Thursday, March 20, 2025:

  • 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CT: General Session with an evening cocktail party for a designed connection experience

Friday, March 21, 2025:

  • 9:00 am – 5:00 pm CT: General Session with an evening celebration dinner and entertainment

Saturday, March 22, 2025:

  • 8:00 am CT: Healthy closing connection breakfast

We highly recommend staying in town as long as you like to explore Austin over the weekend. The hotel check-out is 11:00 am on Saturday 3/22.

Are meals included with my ticket?

We provide healthy full meals and snacks everyday to keep you feeling energetic and strong so you can maximize your opportunities.

Where should I stay for the Books & Business event?

All event activities will take place at The Archer Hotel in Austin, TX. Rooms are available here within our room block. Also feel free to stay at an accommodation of your choosing in the area. 

What are the transportation options for the event?

Uber, Lyft, and Yellow Cab are available in the area.

Can I bring someone with me?

We’d love you to bring your spouse, business partner, team, or friends. All event attendees need to register separately. Contact us for group discounts.

What should I wear?

We suggest you dress in business casual clothing and keep comfort in mind.

Can I get professional photos and videos from the event?

With any ticket, you can add on a package of 3 to 5 professional photos, complete with edits and copyright use, for only $500.

What if I’m not able to make the event after I book? Do you have a refund policy?

You can cancel 45 days before the event and receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you cancel after February 2nd 2025, you will receive a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you cancel after February 19th 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Just be sure to let us know the information for the new attendee you’re transferring to no later than February 27th 2025.

Can I make payments on my event investment?

Monthly payment plans are available as we lead up to the event. These are subject to change to ensure full payment is collected by the beginning of the event.. Please note that all major credit cards are accepted. Additionally, remember that this expense is tax-deductible for business owners.
