You can cancel 45 days before the event and receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you cancel after February 4th 2025, you will receive a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you cancel after February 19th 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Just be sure to let us know the information for the new attendee you’re transferring to no later than February 27th 2025.
