A 20-minute ride from Austin International Airport, Hotel Ella is a luxurious boutique hotel set within a refurbished manor house dating back to 1898.


1st-floor junior suites open onto a lush, private walled garden terrace. 2nd-floor junior suites include a private veranda, perfect for catching up on emails over morning coffee. All rooms include free Internet access, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and fresh, luxe bed linens.

Two weeks before the event: VIP attendees will experience a 90-minute virtual Mastermind Meetup, accessing strategy to maximize the event, their collaborative opportunities, and get ROI asap.

Wednesday, April 3, 2024:

  • Our Welcome Kick-Off Session will be from 3 pm to 5 pm CT.
  • All attendees are then invited to a Meet & Greet with appetizers and open bar Happy Hour.

Thursday, April 4, 2024:

  • In session from 9 am – 5 pm with a very powerful lineup of guest speakers and training by AmberV.
  • Included in your admission: Healthy breakfast served from 7:30 – 9 am, a morning snack line with tea and coffee, Thursday’s 90 min lunch and plated dinner with an open bar.
  • We will come together at 6:30 pm for a memorable dinner experience including our plated dinner, live music, laughter, Silent Auction and life celebration.

Friday, April 5, 2024:

  • Session from 9 am to 12 pm CT with plenty of time to fly home and be with family for the weekend.

Frequently asked questions

Are meals included with my ticket?

We provide healthy full meals and snacks both days to keep you feeling energetic and strong so you can maximize your opportunities. 

You can plan on appetizers and an open bar Wednesday evening as you settle in. Thursday we will provide breakfast, morning and afternoon snacks and beverages, a full lunch and great dinner. Friday we will provide breakfast and a morning snack.

Where should I stay for the Books & Business event?

All event activities will take place at Hotel Ella in Austin, Texas. The address is 1900 Rio Grande Street, Austin, TX. 

Email: [email protected] to be added to our discounted B&B room block (special rate of $349/night).

Several other hotels in the area also have rooms for about $200/night. 

Where should I park at the event?

Parking at Hotel Ella is available for $6/hour or $45/night for overnight guests. You may also take a taxi, Uber, or Lyft from wherever you stay for the event. Hotel Ella is a short 20 minute ride from Austin International Airport.

Can I bring someone with me?

We’d love you to bring your spouse, business partner, team, or friends. All event attendees need to register separately. Contact us for group discounts.

What should I wear?

We suggest you dress in business casual clothing and keep comfort in mind. The weather in Texas in April is usually pretty warm, with highs averaging around 75°F and lows around 60°F.

Can I get professional photos and videos from the event?

With any ticket, you can add on a package of 3 to 5 professional photos from Jeff Tucker, complete with edits and copyright use, for only $500. 

What if I’m not able to make the event after I book? Do you have a refund policy?

You can cancel 45 days before the event and receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you cancel after February 19th 2024, you will receive a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee. If you cancel after March 4th 2024, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. Just be sure to let us know the information for the new attendee you’re transferring to no later than March 10th 2024.

Can I make payments on my event investment?

Absolutely. We offer 3-month- and 5-month payment options depending on your investment package. Orders are secure, and we do accept all major credit cards. Also, don’t forget that as a business owner, this is a great tax write-off.
